Production location : Vineyards are planted near Bages and Sigean salt lakes in chalky and clay type soil. The terroir is a blend of the soil and the local microclimate, soft winds from the sea with moderate sun.
Wine making process : Low temperature wine making process, surveyed with the spirit, which brings a fine appellation, and gives a fresh and aromatic wine.
Maturing : Six months in stainless steel vats before early “bottling” to preserve the aroma.
