Production location : Vineyards are planted near the Bages and Sigean salt lakes, in chalky and clay type soil. The terroir is the soil and the local microclimate, soft winds from the sea with moderate sun.

Wine making process : The juice is run off the skins early in the fermentation process until the desired color is obtained. Then further fermenting in another vat. 24 hours later, the wines go through a low temperature thermo-controlled wine making process until finished.

Maturing : 6 months in stainless steel vats, and early “bottling” to preserve the aromas.

Life time : 3 years

Robe : Shiny and deep pink
Nose : Subtle, red berries and sweet candy
Mouth : Long on the palate and complex. Red fruits, banana and a delightful violet throughout, true harmony.

Food pairing : Barbecue, pizza, poultry, pork, cheese, salads.
